The Lenormand Astro Mythological Tarot Card - The Astrological correspondence of the cards - Part 5

The Astrological Correspondence of the Lenormand Astro Mythological Cards

Constellation - Libra - Every card has within its illustrations an upper central image of a constellation. Madam Lenormand wanted a correspondence of these images through a card system, with the language of plants and constellations together within the structure of a tarot card. A constellation has a big influence on an overall interpretation of a card.

Libra - A card philosopher with scales can be understood to be under the influence of this astrological sign.

The Romans considered Libra as a symbol of judgement which was symbolised with the Goddess Astrey. The connection with the Cups of Scales is relevant because of Vavilon from Egyptian theology, where the souls of dead people were put on these scales. Judgement, death and the last sentence are the real meaning of this card. If observed with other good cards, it can mean that you will become glorious and popular.

Ptolemy - This person compares its influence with Saturn and Mars. In Greek mythology, this constellation was connected with the scales of Goddess Femida, or with it's scales in the hands of Demetra. Until the end of the epoch of elitism, it existed under the other name of this constellation named 'Scorpion's hands'.

Events
- This area of the constellation is connected with reforms and social judgement. With good surrounding cards, it can mean you obtaining glory, and with bad сards, bad health. It warns us to be careful with water and poisons, with an increased opportunity of getting allergies.

Psychology - A person is involved in the process of reformation and tries to object against personal profit and power. This part of the card gives order and accuracy.
